Job Description / Responsibility
  • To Manage and look after the facilities as well as performing regular managerial activities scheduled or unscheduled with all the tenant exists in the private property of the employer situated in different locations over Bangladesh, mostly in Dhaka Metropolitan City (Conveyance will be provided). Properties are both commercial and residential.
  • Rent Collection, payment of regular utility fees, planning and developing ideas to make management activities more efficient and technical, management of MLSS and regular update of legal affairs related to rental business - will be the core responsibility.
  • Regular liaison and relationship development related to different sectors of nearby community and with government organizations and officers related to utility facilities of different properties by the employer.
  • Receive complains from tenants and take immediate possible actions in favor of those problems over the working hour, if necessary after working hours like problem solving in mandatory-basic needs i.e. solving problem of water source or gas supply and distribution.
  • Official Letter and Correspondent Management regarding managing properties as well as other business concerns by the employer

Educational Requirements
    B.B.A./ M.B. A. from any Public University. (Science background in S.S.C.- H.S.C. is preferred)

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administration, Compliance, Inventory/Store Management, Legal, Office Management, Security Management, Transport Management, Logistic Management
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 35 year(s)
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar job at different public/private property or in any reputed real estate company.
  • Quick-Learner- a Must Be characteristic.
  • Knowledge in basic property development like office/ home furniture sourcing and making by carpenters, quick temporary or permanent structure development (brick, RCC) with help of civil engineers- is a Must.
  • Must have sound knowledge in social networking, MS Office, CALCULATION and DOCUMENTATION, peripherals in Internet based applications and digital communication.
  • Experience in using ERP software will be preferable.
  • Must be pious, POLITE, Compassionate, instant decision-maker, loyal, CONSEQUENT, patriot and most importantly HONEST.
  • Experienced and familiar with Banking Transactions, sectors and different facilities by them.
  • Body Fitness and Smartness will be considered as extra quality.
  • Because of Job Location in and maximum state location in Old Dhaka, The candidate must have mental preparation to cope up with the traditional behaviors and cultures by the tenants.
  • Will have to work for Minimum 2 years. But no original certificate will be captured during the working period. (Important)
  • Will have to provide minimum 2 valid professional and 2 personal references of family members with C.V. (Important)
