Job Description / Responsibility

• The incumbent needs to carry out the engraving work of a textile company
• He needs to coordinate with marketing and production department for design engraving and implement in the printing production
• He has to estimate the engraving raw material requirement and proceed for purchasing
• He has to ensure smooth operation of engraving machine
• He has to lead a team of subordinates
• He has to ensure all product related designing work for production unit.
• He will be responsible to create innovative designs.
• Coordinate with team members and supervise the floor level staffs.
• Forecasting innovative designs for upcoming season.

SSC/ Diploma/ BSC

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Planning, Production
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)

Additional Job Requirements

• Advance knowledge and practical experience in graphic software- Adobe Photoshop etc.
• Should be self motivated, honest & sincere.
• The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
• Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.
• Good communication & English skills.
