Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle phone calls incoming/out going with greetings in a professional way.
- Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
- Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, E- mail, Internet etc.)
- Counsel to visitor & student queries over phone or face to face.
- Maintain Front desk management & Conference room management
- Welcome visitors and guests customers or their representatives and attend
- Maintain Front desk management & Conference room management
- Provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages.
- Providing necessary support to the administration as deemed appropriate.
- Internal & External clients handle with good smiley mannerism and well behavior.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
