ssc passed job - Executive Chef/ Chinese-Bangla Cook (Food & Beverage)

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Must be innovative, productive, and industrious able to take challenges.
  • Prepare products, costing, budgets and takes corrective action according to Management requirements.
  • Prepare recipe for all items and will always keep up-to-date.
  • Must ensure marginable profit for every production items.
  • Ensure hygienic, fresh & quality food items.
  • Ensure fresh & quality products procurement and used in production.
  • Ensure a clean kitchen, hygienic work procedures & high safety standards.
  • Implements work practices that minimize spoilage and wastage.
  • Ensure proper cost control, portioning policies & procedures.
  • Closely work with the Manager, Chef, Cooks & other associated kitchen staff to ensure menus are cost effective and in accordance with trends and market demands.
  • Must ensure & monitor proper distribution, consumption, balance, & requirement regularly according to present stock & future forecast.

Educational Requirements
    Minimum SSC with excellent communication skill.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • More than 10 years of practical experience in relevant field at home and abroad.
  • The requirement of minimum qualification may be relaxed for applicants with outstanding credentials.
